ONLY BECAUSE you tip less then 10 € for their overpriced plastic tasting pasta and the absence of service minded waiters. This restaurant experience was the worst experience we have ever had and was completely undeserved from our side! Correction, we have never been so badly treated anywhere in the entire world!
The waiter asked us orally how much we want to pay in total and then slowly and very judgmentally repeated the amount, I replied ”yes this amount”. His respons was to call us the most misogynistic derogatory terms and ethnic slurs that he could think of, as he threw the payment terminal at us and left, only to come back and repeat the same derogatory terms as he collected the payment terminal and threw the receipt and card at us.
A reminder to the entire staff at this god forgotten restaurant - the tip is a reflection of your service and food quality. The tip is not mandatory nor legally binding. If you get a low tip you just failed to provide good service or the food was not good, do not get upset over a low tip!
This entire restaurant and staff should thank their lucky star that we did not report you to the police for this excessive use of derogatory terms and ethnic slurs that your waiter used on us, mind you it IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE to use word like that!
