„Dear Papillon,
I hope you find this email well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the
recent interaction I had with one of your sales representatives, A women who comes from Iran, she told me she is 60 years old and refused to give me her name. at your location Seckenheimerstr Str 11 Mannheim. Papillon.
During my visit on [Wednesday 07.02.24 at 13:00 ], I found the attitude and behavior of her to be extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and she literally started body shaming me. She was telling me she also had big breasts and she went to Turkey to do a surgery and maybe l can look into doing the surgery like her and she did her stomach as well. She even told me if l want she can give me the number of her Doctor in Turkey. She told me about her sister who did her surgery here in Germany. She said my weight is not bad but my breasts are too big which makes it harder for me to get a dress or anything that can fit me. The whole conversation was about her and her operation. I literally know more about her than she knows about me as a bride to be. She asked how many kgs l weigh. She continued to say maybe l should try doing the operation first before getting married. The whole conversation made me so uncomfortable. Despite expressing interest in your services and seeking assistance, I was met with dismissiveness and impatience. She appeared disinterested in addressing my questions and concerns, l tried the second dress as l did not like the first one. I did like the second dress and l told her l want to try more of the dresses and compare. After l find something that l like l will bring my family and friends so that they can help me pick from the ones l will have tried today and it was at that moment she stopped me and said l can't try any of the dresses anymore if lm not buying the dress today. I said but l made the appointment to try the wedding dresses to see if l will find something l like and if l will bring someone to help me pick the dress. She said no, l can't do that because people keep on trying the dresses and not buying it will destroy the material and to try the dresses l will have to pay 70 euros but today l don't have to pay because l only tried 2 dresses but next time when l come back with my family l will have to pay the 70 euros. I thought as customers we have a right to try on the dresses, how do l buy a wedding dress that quickly? I wasn't given a chance to try on more dresses. I was literally kicked out of the store and l was told not to come back and her tone was condescending throughout our interaction.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether a purchase is made immediately or not. Unfortunately, the treatment I received from her fell far short of this standard. Such behavior reflects poorly on your company and has left me with a negative impression of your brand.
I believe it is important for your team members to understand the impact of their actions on customer satisfaction and overall reputation. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address this matter and ensure that all your customers receive the level of service they deserve.
