„Good start, bad middle, even worse ending - extremely unprofessional Unfortunately I can’t recommend this company. It exactly started off really great, Frank is a nice guy to talk to, but the work was bad. I made Frank aware about the work and he said he would send his staff by me again to fix the poor craftsmanship they had made, but unfortunately I never heard more. This was back in 2021. Now, in August 2022, I get send a bill and a knock off in the price on 1/3 of the price that the part of the job they didn’t do right - he didn’t even call me, write me, nothing before this bill. I confront him and say I have paid the part of the job they did right and withdraw the full amount for the job they didn’t made correctly and haven’t corrected. They have had 1 year to fix the bad work they made. And when Frank is confronted with this he gets rude, threats me with a lawyer and insult me. So if you have to get something done and they actually finish what they started, then don’t give your time or money to this company. ...” mehr
