„Extremely unprofessional, I had an appointment 9am and I was the first patient and the doctor was already
9 minutes late. Then the reception lady asked me to say my phone number with everyone else could hear (data protection?), and she asked me if I am coming for the under extremities appointment which was not the case. I came for a very specific check up because I had microfoil injected in my veins last year and every year I should come for a check up. The doctor had no tools to check this, and he said that he can see this with his eyes, and he has worked 40 years in his field and doesn't know all the new techniques. He lectured me on a diagnosis that I didn't need, also because I come from medicine and therefore am a very educated patient but he was talking and going on about something he didn't have a clue about. Doctors need to keep up with the new medical techniques and this gentleman is too old to be a good doctor because he is not informed about anything new on the market and his clinic is completely outdated and sends patients to hospitals. Why did I wait 2 months for this appointment? If all he does is to make money on ''seeing with his eyes'' because this is what doctors did 40 years ago. He was incapable of giving me the right check up.
