Our office has taken the decision to file charges in a German court
after
reading the brutal manner of the U.S. Consulate Frankfurt Main and witness account (here) that showed how badly the professor was treated. For more than half an hour, the female visa consular and her supervisor who interviewed the professor continued yelling indistinctly and aggrandizing defamation, and he was cruelly let stand.
While leaving the consulate the professor was briefly abducted and detained. The local police
were alerted because well wishers waiting outside.
The following criminal code sections stipulates that both – visa consular and her
supervisor) will be fully charged under the law.
Personal inviolability and jurisdictional immunity of any kind are not granted to career
consular officers, who are also known as consular officers.
A competent German judiciary authority may detain or arrest them pending charges.
We seek pre trial detention of 2 x employees immediately.

If the witness is not willing to testify voluntarily, the parties to the U.S. proceedings
will be required to take the route of judicial assistance via:
Arts. 9 and 10 of the Hague Convention.

„Mein Besuch im Generalkonsulat der USA bei der Visa-Behörde in Frankfurt am Main war ein recht unangenehmes
Erlebnis. Wir waren insgesamt 21 Bewerber, die in der Schlange für ein Visa Interviewgespräch standen. Dort saßen zwei Mitarbeiter, eine Frau und ein Mann, und insbesondere das Verhalten der Frau sorgte bei uns Bewerbern für Unbehagen. Sie verhielt sich äußerst unhöflich und arbeitete nicht sorgfältig, was uns dazu veranlasste, möglichst Abstand von ihr zu halten.
Ein besonders unangenehmes Ereignis ereignete sich mit einem älteren Herren, der trotz ihr respektvoll begegnete. Sie war zu ihm sehr laut und impulsiv, stellte irrelevante Fragen und schrie. Als er sie nach ihrem Namen fragte, reagierte sie noch wütender und weigerte sich zu antworten. Ihr Gesicht zeigte nur Härte und Hass gegenüber dem älteren Herren, was uns restlichen Bewerbern sehr zu Herzen ging. Schließlich wurde sein Visa-Antrag abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass der ältere Herr psychologisch gestört sei.
Die restlichen Bewerber, inklusive mir, entschieden uns, das andere Fenster aufzusuchen, um diese respektlose und einschüchternde Angestellte zu meiden. Nach dem Vorfall sammelten wir uns vor dem Gebäude, um den älteren Herren zu trösten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass er ein Professor war. Der Umgang mit ihm war inakzeptabel und zeigt eine bedenkliche Unternehmenskultur.
