„I visited the Apple Store in Olympia-Einkaufszentrum Munich on August 23, 2025, around 4:40 PM to purchase
an Apple Magic Keyboard for my daughter. The experience was extremely disappointing.
The sales assistants did not recognize the product, even after I showed them a photo and explained it was simply a Bluetooth keyboard. After a long back-and-forth, they finally realized which product it was. Instead of admitting their mistake, they tried to downplay it – and one of them even asked me provocatively at the end if I wanted to buy a protective case, although I had made it clear from the start that I only needed the keyboard without any case. This was disrespectful.
To resolve the situation calmly, I asked for the manager. Unfortunately, Mr. Bobby Steuer acted arrogantly and dismissively. Instead of de-escalating, he escalated the matter further, even calling security to remove me from the store. This happened although I remained polite, calm, and respectful the entire time.
I can understand a manager wanting to protect his staff, but doing so should not come at the expense of treating customers with disrespect. Being thrown out of the store for raising a legitimate concern was humiliating and completely unprofessional.
From an Apple Store and especially from its management, I expected professionalism, product knowledge, and respect – none of which I experienced that day.

„Nach einer Kontaktaufnahme per Handy habe ich 20 Minuten gewartet in der Schleife bis ein Mitarbeiter
für mein Anliegen sprechen konnte. Dabei erhielt ich auch noch eine falsche Auskunft. Ich wollte einen Termin für den AppStore vor Ort haben. Er sagte einfach hingehen ich bräuchte keinen Termin vor Ort. . Vorort erhielt ich einen Termin. Schade
