I started working with him, then I was about to sing my contract when I got the bad news that my sister (32 years old and with 2 daughters) is having some test for cancer research, that I can prove and he didn’t believe.
And because we are high risk (my mum had cancer before), she is having a lot of tests. Then I communicated immediately to him saying that I have to leave the country soon because of that, and I didn’t want to sing the contract because it wasn’t fair for him. But any way I kept going to work because I had appointments. He made me clean every day after work, come 30 min early every day to clean, etc. and I was doing everything he said.
Then just before I came back to my country (Spain) to support this really hard time for my family , I asked him to pay me the days I was working for him and his answer was: you didn’t sing the contract so you were here as intern.
I actually got really upset, because he didn’t tell me to stop coming, he didn’t tell me he wasn’t going to pay me. He even told me that I was lying to him. He just enjoyed the situation to have a free worker.
I spent my money going to work every day and also my time, about 10 hours a day, which actually is not legal.
I am really disappointed with this guy, he is not a good person. He is SHAMELESS but I am happy I left and now I am finally with my sister that is having a really hard time.
To Benny I hope was worth it to you to keep my money and you really will enjoy it.
