„They recently renovated the place which is fantastic. However their staff are so unfriendly and racist.
You heard me, the staff treat the colored people different and they are always angry for whatsoever reason
The morning of Octover 10 2024, their card machine did not work, very inconvenient, with the stout hostile blond female staff raising her voice telling me my card is not working. I had to double check on my phone to see my card was indeed funded ( they have no wifi in the store by the way). So I took my cart to a different staff member ready to pay and this other female storms after me leaving a whole line of waiting customers saying something in German. I had to raise my hand, told her i am fine and did not need her services. So when the next staff member handed me my reciept ( yes my card did work), she starts hissing in German something that I couldnt care less about because I had my groceries now.
It had rained that morning and they both had wet unkempt hair, not a good look for the store which would otherwise be a spectacular place to shop in.

„Wir sind Stamm Kunden bei Edeka Pauli,schon seit Jahren,heute waren wir das erste Mal enttäuscht vom
Service,an der Käse, Wurst, Fleisch und Fischtheke waren nur 2 Verkäufer ( Servicekräfte) die Kunden am bedienen. Wir haben schon 15 Minuten gewartet und dann sagte die Verkäuferin sie ginge jetzt erst am Fisch bedienen,das ist uns in all den Jahren noch nicht vorgekommen!
