„Hello,
I ordered a truck for container transport from Hamburg to south Germany.
They asked prepayment
ad we sent the money.
Unfortunately the container had overweight on one axes of the truck so we had to bring it back to the terminal.
I asked them to sent me the money back and keep money for waiting costs and their answer was NO!
So we will not work with them anymore.
It was a very very bad experience, the people at the phone were also very rude and unprofessional, but this is just my opinion.
Anyway you cannot keep the same amount of money if you just had 1 waiting day and drove not even 1 km.
