Aber wehe es gibt eine Reklamation
oder noch schlimmer man möchte nach erfolgtem Einbau eine kostspielige Erweiterung haben, da werden vom Chef mehrfach Versprechungen gemacht und nicht eingehalten. Und irgend wann ist man es einfach leid zum xten Mal vorbeizugehen, anzurufen und Emails zu schreiben.
Kundendienst sieht wirklich anders aus.

„Our close friends recommended Großjohann after they renovated their kitchen. We shopped around and got
quotes from a few other kitchen stores but decided on Großjohann because it had a few features we really liked, namely: cabinets that open up, a ventilation hood built into the induction stove and this one cabinet with retractable doors. It wasn't the cheapest option but we saw this as an investment in our dream kitchen for our recently purchased house.It has been over 11 months since we placed the order and after 4-5 installation attempts it is still not right. They made so many mistakes which took many attempts to resolve. We had several exchanges with the designer throughout the process. He admitted that he made errors in the contract and agreed to change them but in the end the owner refuses to do what is necessary to complete the job to meet expectations. They have stopped responding to our emails...Furthermore, the installation crew who came the first 3 times were unprofessional and sloppy. It wasn't until the 4th attempt that they sent a competent person to resolve the issues. Nonetheless, there are still scratches on our brand new floor which they have done nothing to compensate and only half of the cabinets open up... We are VERY unsatisfied with the service and would not recommend this company to others.
