„PLEASE BE CAREFUL, they charge 10 % processing fee in case the customer is not happy with the product.
Most of the others in the Region do not charge any processing fee .
I was cheated here. I went in there with a request to make "Bildschirmarbeitsplatzbrille " but instead the salesperson "Peter" sold me normal "gleitsichtbrille". He never warned me about the problems which one faces with the "gleitsichtbrille". He promised me that I will be able to work with them. After I ordered and paid for them I was told that no they are not good enough for working but i still need them and I can order the
"Bildschirmarbeitsplatzbrille " separately for a discount.
I ended up returning the Glasses and loose 70 Euros and time.
Please do check with Your optician what is their policy for Processing Charges. In my case I paid up for nothing because the Salesperson cheated me with the wrong advice. Do not trust this Optician atleast the Branch near WasserTurm.
