As an American who accidentally overstayed the 90 day tourist limit within Germany, I found myself in a situation that I did not know the solution to. I was relieved, when I called on Sunday, to speak to a live person who was willing to take a message AND ensure me that one of the lawyers would be calling on Monday.
Sure enough, at 8am, I was given a call by Kieran Howlett. I explained my situation and within 2 hours after my initial call, I was given all of the information I needed to move forward.
