„You can not believe how unprofessional they are!! We ordered a complete kitchen from Porta at Braunschweig.
First of all, it was delivered almost two months later. After two months delay, they brought it with missing parts. By missing parts, I mean some wooden parts were missing, not the electrical parts. They forgot to bring Ablaufgarnitur and also Siphon. We had to wash our dishes for one week at our garden!! After one week they set another appointment to bring the missing parts and install them. But they brought the wrong piece for Ablaufgarnitur and Siphon. They went to Toom and Hagebaumarkt to find that piece that day, but they couldn't.
Then after almost two weeks, they set another appointment for today to bring the correct piece. They came this morning to install it, BUT guess what?!! It was again not the correct piece for Ablaufgarnitur and Siphon! I literally can not believe it! How difficult is it to bring the correct piece?!! Again they left without installing it completely. There are other wooden parts which they left without completing. They damaged one of the doors, and with this level of unprofessionality and irresponsibility, I don't think they will finish our kitchen soon. DO NoT Order Kitchen At PORTA.
