„Das schlimmste Erfahrung beim Autokauf. Zum Zeitpunkt der Finanzierung völlig in Ordnung, dann total
unfreundliches und desinteressiertes Personal. Vor 5 Monaten gekauftes Auto, aus verschiedenen Gründen schon 4x kaputt (Bremsen, Kupplung, E-Motor, Einspritzdüsen, Turbo) - bei dem Versuch, das Problem einvernehmlich zu lösen, erhielt ich ein Fahrverbot, noch einmal dorthin zu fahren und alles telefonisch und schriftlich zu klären. Mittlerweile antwortet der Autoverkäufer nur noch, wenn er die Nummer nicht kennt oder von einer anderen Nummer anruft – um Probleme zu lösen werde vor Gericht auftreten.
Bitte versuchen Sie nicht, mit dieser Firma zusammenzuarbeiten!!

„I had a terrible experience purchasing a GLE 63 S AMG from this dealership. At first, everything seemed
fine—I had a test drive and discussed the details with the dealer. I was told the paperwork would be ready within 2 working days, and they promised to provide red export plates for me to drive back.
After waiting 2 days, I had to follow up myself, only to be told the paperwork wasn’t ready yet. Once it was finally ready, I couldn’t pick up the car on the agreed Friday because they claimed they were “too busy.” When I came on Monday, they assured me the export plates would be ready. This was a lie.
Instead, they tried to force me to buy yellow plates (illegal to use outside Germany) and demanded cash, promising a €280 refund later. To make matters worse, when I refused, they called the police to force me off their property!
To this day, I haven’t received the €280 refund, and the entire experience showed how unreliable and unprofessional this dealership is. They don’t keep their promises, don’t stick to appointments, and the cars are not dealership-serviced as claimed. Avoid this place at all costs!
