„Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Alle Informationen werden zeitnah per Mail gesendet. Sobald
sich der Bestellstatus ändert, wird man ebenfalls informiert. Allerdings muss man etwas Zeit mitbringen. Ich habe 2x jeweils mittwochs mein Rezept bei ABC bestellt und Freitagmittags konnte ich es bereits abholen. Über jeden Schritt wurde ich per Mail von ABC und Iris benachrichtigt.
Was den Parkplatz betrifft: Wenn man nur noch Augen für die Apotheke hat, dann sieht man halt auch das übergroße Schild nicht, auf dem steht, dass man Video erfasst wird und am Parkautomat mit Kennzeichen bezahlt.

„Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch in der Idris Apotheke Weinheim. Trotz Bezahlung habe ich meine
bestellte Ware nicht erhalten, was absolut unverständlich ist. Insgesamt fühle ich mich nach dem Erlebnis komplett unbehandelt und nicht gut aufgehoben.

„One Star rating is much too high....I rate this experience as a -5 stars
My Recipe has been there since
Dec. 17 2024.....invoice showed up in email on 19 Dec.
My Frau paid the invoice via IBAN transfer on 19 Dec.
No contact beyond that, Try calling over and over, NEVER answer the phone. I sent some pretty damning emails to them that I would be giving Ratings everywhere I can as according to their lack of service. I did get a call from someone there on 26 Dec. only to have them say that their system did not recognize my invoice payment, as it in my Frau Name. They said it would go out that night, now still not received as of 29 Dec.
I did get email payment confirmation shortly after the phone call, but, have not received any shipping information or anything since. Sure their prices are lower than most, but I will from now on be driving 65 km to a better experience and to pick up my medicine instead of WAITING on these people. I have serious Anxiety Issues and needed some medicine ASAP....but this Apotheke is definitely not the way to go, even if I have to pay a bit more down here in the Munich/Augsburg area.
-5 Stars for the poorest of customer service!!!
