„MTS ensured that a simple shipping procedure of a classic vehicle from Hamburg to Doha ended up a complete
nightmare, both a waste of time and money. I gave them specific instructions on how to start my Triumph (spoiler alert, you have to use a choke to start a 70s vehicle). They were so incompetent that they completely over-fueled the system and I had to find a mechanic in Hamburg to go over there and see what is going on. In the words of the mechanic: "They are complete idiots who don't know what they are doing". Well, this bit of fun cost me more than EUR 200. MTS also did not provide the proper documentation for my vehicle to clear customs in Qatar and were very slow to provide it. That also ended costing me more than a month and hundreds of Euros more. After all of this incompetence, I neither received an apology nor part of the shipping fee back. Avoid these guys at all costs!!
