„I purchased a SMART fortwo coupé Brabus 66kW Cabrio from Amazing Cars in July 2025. The vehicle was advertised
on both AutoScout24 and Mobile.de as having air conditioning, which was a key factor in my decision to purchase it. Upon delivery, when it was too late, I discovered that the car did not have any air conditioning system.
I immediately contacted the dealership, providing all the documentation, including screenshots of their advertisements. Despite sending a formal complaint and requesting a solution, I received no response.
After countless recommendations and reminders, I discovered upon delivery that the temporary number plate was not ready and I was forced to stay an extra day in Hamburg. The seller guaranteed that he would pay for the night in the hotel but then, of course, disappeared.
Totally unreliable and strongly not recommended, they cannot be found on Google Maps, probably to avoid feedback.

„Vorsichtig.
Mein Fahrzeugbrief fehlt hat vorbesitzerin die sich seit 1 jahr im rechtsstreit mit dem
befindet.
Angeblich der Fahrzeugbrief im Briefumschlag
verloren gegangen. Jeglicher kontakt meinerseits jnd meinem Anwalt blieb erfolglos.
Nun geht alles vor Gericht.
